Matthew is the SVP of Global Sales at Hornet, pioneering the future of advertising for a 100% male market with head-of-class brands that support and serve the LGBTQI community.
Coming to Hornet from Dr. Oz, Matthew has led teams at Men’s Health, Wired and Fast Company and began his career at OUT. He is a trained musician and is based in New York.



Sam is the Director of Sales and Partnerships at Hornet, focusing on creating meaningful and successful partnerships with advertisers on the West Coast.  

Coming to Hornet from Pride Media (OUT, The Advocate, Pride.com), Sam has a deep understanding of the LGBTQI audience and has also worked in the past at Pivot, Viacom and AMC Networks. Her favorite brand is Pepsi and you can often find her at Paper Source. She is based in Los Angeles.



Josh Rosenzweig, Director of Marketing for Hornet. He is an award-winning & two-time Emmy nominated Producer and Media Executive with over 20 years experience in Film & Television, specializing in Branding, Integrated Marketing & Creative Services.

Prior, Josh served as Supervising Producer at Viacom working on such shows as Logo’s Trailblazer Honors, Fire Island, Not Today Bianca and RuPaul’s Drag Race.




General Manager Hornet Networks Brazil (2017-), Founder and Director of MixBrasil Festival of Culture and Diversity (1993 -), Director of Marketing at Brazil LGBT Chamber of Commerce (2016-)

Editor of MixBrasil portal (1994-2014, pioneer and largest in Latin America), Editor of Junior and H magazines (2007-2015), Host and Screenwriter of Cine MixBrasil Canal Brasil / Globosat Channel (2007-2014), Anchor of CBN MixBrasil radio show(2011-2014, largest radio network in Brazil), Columnist at MTV News (2009-2012) and Folha de São Paulo (1996-2006). Collaborator of several international LGBT and Travel publications.

Six books published, Curator and Jury at several Film Festivals in Brazil and abroad. Lecturer (in four languages) and Consultant on subjects related to Sexual Diversity.



Jillian is a media expert and joins Hornet after holding director positions at several global ad agencies & at the premier publisher, Conde Nast. Jillian has omni channel media experience working with big brands across several categories (including Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Technology and Fashion).

Jillian is both a world-traveler and athlete and spent time studying in Thailand. 



Christophe Martet is an entrepreneur and journalist with 30+ years experience in media. Since the 90’s, he has focused mainly on LGBT issues. Senior reporter for French TV network, he became editor in chief of TETU, the reference gay magazine. He then launched Yagg.com, the leading online LGBT media in France. 

As an active member of the LGBT community, he has been leading Act Up from 1990 to 2003. He is now a member of ARDHIS, a support organization for LGBT refugees in France.
